Do you need a rental property manager?

If you do not live in the country where your rental home is, we highly recommend that you retain a property manager. You have just made a major investment and need to now generate income from that property and put your mind at ease that you have someone you can rely on to take care of the everyday needs and wants of your home. The property manager, if necessary, will take care of any conflicts which may arise with tenants. And, if necessary assist with the eviction of the tenants from your home.

Hiring a competent experienced property manager where your home is located will be the next best decision you have made after purchasing your property.

Finding a place to call home is always a challenge, but finding one in a foreign country where you don't speak the language is especially difficult. Not once, but twice Enis guided us through the process, not resting until we were completely happy with every detail. Her response time is short and her attentiveness is excellent. We would have been lost trying to find a place to live while we were still in the US if not for the expertise Enis brought to us.

Relocating is hard, but Enis makes it easy.
